The twist pile carpet is one of the favourites for today's household's. Available in elegant plain colours, or perhaps a slight heather look with a blend of colours in a Berber yarn.
The best known blend is 80% wool and 20% nylon which has served well for generations, but as with any other product there are a variety of different qualities in this blend and some will perform better than others. Modern advances in fibre technology mean there are high performance, stain resistant synthetic twists which may be a cost effective alternative.
